Birmingham Care Directory

To help people find the care that is right for them or their loved ones, Birmingham Adult Social Care has a directory of all care providers in Birmingham and care providers outside the city that the council contracts with to provide care for Birmingham citizens. The directory covers:

Care homes – both with and without nursing care
Home support services (care in your own home)
Supported living services (accommodation with support).

You can search for care providers by location (postcode), key word or by viewing the list of care providers in each category.

A guide to the care directory is also available to help you understand how to use the directory, the ratings of care services and if that provider is currently contracted by the council.
